Where we deliver to
We ship worldwide!

Who will deliver your goods
For all shipping we use the Express Post Service through Australia Post.  Please note this does not include insurance. If you would like us to organise a courier on your behalf please contact us for pricing before placing your order.

What are the shipping charges?
Australia: Up to 3kg (1-3 garments) FREE SHIPPING
Worldwide: Up to 3kg (1-3 garments) $50.00AUD

Delivery times
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday and, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We make every effort to process and pack orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Shipping within Australia
Delivery within Australia made via express post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery is between 2 to 5 days.

Shipping to other countries
Worldwide delivery via Australia post will usually arrive within 5-7 working days for most major towns and cities. For regional areas, delivery is between 7-10 working days.

Currency, taxes and duty
Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Australian dollar currency. All prices include GST, and other taxes and duty where relevant. Any import taxes required by your country of delivery will be payable by you.

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the returns procedure below.

  1. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items not received within the specified period will not be accepted. Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
  2. Either email us at salesqld@surafina.com or call us on +61 7 3852 3540 (Mon-Fri 9:00am to 5:00pm AEST) to obtain a Return Authorisation number (RA number). You must notify us of the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund.
  3. All deliveries come with an online store returns form. This must be completed and sent to us with your return.
  4. When returning goods please enclose [a] the completed online store returns form, including the RA number where indicated, and [b] your receipt [which comes with your purchase] and then return the goods to:

    Returns must only be sent to the above address in order to be processed. Goods will only be received with a valid online store
    returns form, online store receipt and RA number.
  5. Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchanges), or a refund on the cost at purchase only (excluding original shipping cost), your refund will be processed via your original method of payment. You will receive email notification of this.
