IMPACT: $25 provides a Kick Start Pack: an Employment Resource Kit, support & guidance to help her get back into the workforce.
PROTECT A WOMAN
During these times of economic challenges, Women's Community Shelters is experiencing a 25% increase in inquiries for safe accommodation for women and children, who are homeless or escaping domestic violence.
Women’s Community Shelters is dedicated to providing women and children with a safe place to stay and an opportunity to rebuild their lives.
IMPACT: $50 provides a hot meal and a safe, comfortable place to stay for one night.
SUPPORT A WOMAN
Ovarian cancer is the deadliest women’s cancer, with a 5-year survival rate of just 48%.
Ovarian Cancer Australia' support is comprehensive and holistic, ensuring no woman walks alone. Face to face support groups, facilitated by trained health professionals, reduces a woman’s isolation, the mental health impact, empowering women to cope with cancer and its side effects.
IMPACT: $3 enables 1 woman to attend a support group for a month.
